I am James Russel Rodenas,a freelance graphic artist based on the PH and I specialize in 2D illustrations. I also have experience in doing vectors, brand logos, and editing product mock-ups.

I never attended any art class which makes me a self-taught digital artist. Currently, I am working for SulatPH, and I also accept commissions, sometimes logo projects but mostly digital cartoon portraits.

It took me a rigorous work of 8 months before finding my own artstyle (see below). Those months are the best part of my digital art journey because I got to create different types of art and of course explore more about this craft.

I. GENERAL TERMS

  • Commissioned pieces will STRICTLY be made based on my artstyle only.

  • I have the right to refuse any commission request.

  • The following might require additional fees:

a. additional figure (half the original rate)
b. complex backdrops
c. difficult poses
d. source file (.psd, .ai)

  • Up to three revisions.

  • Reference images are a MUST.

  • I will update you on the process of the artwork.

II.DELIVERY & PROCESS

  • It usually take me 3-5 days for bust-up portraits, and a week for complex projects.

  • I do not offer physical products, all of my pieces are gonna be sent digitally (.png, .jpeg, .pdf, .svg)

III. PAYMENT

  • The currencies I accept are Philippine Peso (PHP) and US Dollar (USD)

  • Payments are to be processed on either PAYPAL or GCASH, whichever works for you.

  • You can either pay 100% upfront, or split 50% before the work commences and the other half after the output is delivered.

IV. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE

I, James (Artist)

  • has the right to post the artwork on my soc med accounts, and also be adeed to my portfolio.

  • retain all copyright over the artwork unless discussed properly with me and paid accordingly.

  • has the right to decline commission requests that I find uncomfortable doing.

You, (Customer/Commissioner)

  • may post or upload the art piece on your social media account or websites as long as I am acknowledged or mentioned (unless you paid for copyright rights-you can post without acknowledging me).

  • cannot sell and make profits out of the art piece unless you paid for copyright rights.
